CRUISE ON THE BOSPHORUS An amazing cruise between the two continents, EUROPE & ASIA, along the Bosphorus by the Dolmabahce and Beylerbeyi Palaces, Ottaman Mansions up to Rumeli Fortress.

THE RUMELI FORTRESS (FROM THE SEA) Istanbul had been besieged many times before Mehmed the Conqueror took the city in 1453, but it managed to defend itself with help of the Roman city walls.

DOLMABAHCE PALACE The Dolmabahce Palace, a blend of various European architectural styles, was built between 1843-1856 by Karabet Balyan, the court architect of Sultan Abdulmecid. The three-storied palace built on a symmetrical plan has 285 rooms and 43 halls. The palace has survived intact with it’s original decorations, furniture, and the silk carpets and curtains. It surpasses all other palaces in the world in wealth and magnificence.

DRIVE OVER THE BOSPHORUS BRIDGE We will accross the Bosphorus by the 64 meters high bridge, which will let you see a breathtaking view between European and Asian sides. After little drive on Bosphorus Bridge you will find yourself in Asia and we will drive up to Camlica Hill.

CAMLICA HILL one of the highest point in Istanbul. At the top of it you can rest and admire the charming panorama of Istanbul and the Bosphorus from the beautiful gardens, landscape in traditional style, as you sip your drinks in a cafeteria.
Important Note: Dolmabahce Palace closed on Monday and Thursday, replaced with Chora Museum.
17.00: At the end of the tour we will drop back you to your hotel.

Çamlıca Hill is one of the highest points of the Bosphorus and Istanbul, 263 m high from the sea level. It was used as a picnic area. In the early 1980′ the Touring Automobile Association built a series of restaurants which include a Turkish cafe and a park.

Dolmabahçe (filled in garden; in the early 17th century a villa was erected here on a filled in piece of ground) is the name for a palace built by members of the Armenian family Balyan. It was built in 1843-1856 for Sultan Abdül Mecit.

A 14th century castle from the Ottoman's first attempt to capture Istanbul, Anatolian Fortress is located on the Asian shore of the city at the narrowest point of the Bosphorus Strait. Sultan Yildirim Bayezit built this fortress in 1395 on the ruins of an old temple dedicated to Zeus.
